We have had three sessions together and each one has built upon the last with quite frankly, amazing effectiveness. I have always been a strong believer in coaching and have a strong interest in self improvement and goal setting etc, but was still blown away by how much difference working with someone like Zoë has made. There has also been homework after each session which has really allowed the time together to be maximised.
After three sessions I had what can confidently be described as an ‘aha moment’ when everything seemed to come together and click with incredible clarity regarding what I am doing and where I want to be, including the goals that seemed to contradict each other. That was during the last session and I am now looking forwards to putting together a structured plan to actually get there as quickly as possible, although I have already made more progress in the last few months than in the last few years.
Zoë is fantastic at what she does, really listens to what you say and lets you guide the session rather then trying to force ideas and concepts on you.
