The Program includes course content and materials, other information and materials furnished by the Company and access to a website for members of the Program. By clicking the buy now button, you are agreeing to these terms and accessing the Program, and you and the Company agree to the following legal terms and conditions that govern your use of the Program and that form a legal agreement between you and the Company.
By purchasing this program you are agreeing to pay the full program price of USD$249, even if you choose to stop participating at any stage.
If within 14 days, after going through the training, you cannot find 3 new career or business options, you may email Zoe B (zoe@simplelifestrategies.com) with all of your completed worksheets asking for further advice. Upon receipt of ALL completed worksheets within 14 days of your purchase of the Program, Zoe will provide 3 suggested career ideas via email (within 14 days of your request).
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want to encourage you to apply all of the strategies in the program. We offer a 30 day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must ensure all scheduled program payments are made in full and on time (as per the above payment schedule) up to the point in time that you request a refund, and you must submit proof that you did the work in the program.
In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 30 days of enrolment, contact our support team at support@simplelifestrategies.com and let us know you’d like a refund. You must include your completed worksheets with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your completed worksheets by the 30 day deadline, you will not be granted a refund. Failure to pay all scheduled payments in full and on time as per the above payment schedule may result in the cancellation of your membership to this program, at the discretion of the company.
The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:
Personal Values:
- Complete and attach ‘Defining Your Values’ Worksheet (you must include your final list of 7 values)
- Complete and attach ‘Career Alignment Matrix’ worksheet
- Complete and attach ‘Career Brainstorm’ worksheet (you must include a minimum of 5 career / business ideas)
- Complete and attach ‘Science of Flow’ worksheet
Personality Test:
- Complete the 16 Personalities test and provide the url link to your personality type
- Provide details of careers researched using this tool
All of the above worksheets must be completed in full (all question boxes must have fully fleshed out answers).
You must also tell us why the program was not a good fit for you and your needs, including what did you expect that you did not get once inside the program. Please note, your reason(s) for why the program was not a good fit will not affect your rights to receive a refund, this is purely for internal research purposes.
We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
Please note: If you do not request a refund within 30 days (with the required worksheets at the time of your refund request), you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and each of the parties irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
