You are purchasing one Find a New Career in 30 Days Program (referred to below as ‘the program’ from SLS Global Pty Ltd. (referred to below as the “SLS”)

The Program includes course content and materials, other information and materials furnished by SLS and access to a website for members of the Program. By clicking the buy now button, you are agreeing to these terms and accessing the Program, and you and SLS agree to the following legal terms and conditions that govern your use of the Program and that form a legal agreement between you and SLS.

By purchasing this program you are agreeing to pay the early bird program price of 6 x payments of USD$97 (1 x initial payment of $97 followed by 5 x payments of $97, charged every 30 days), even if you choose to stop participating at any stage.

We are not liable for any payments that are not completed because: (1) your credit card account does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transactions or the transactions would exceed the credit limit or overdraft protection of the credit card account; (2) You have not provided us with correct payment account information; (3) your credit card has expired; or (4) of circumstances beyond
our control (such as but not limited to, power outages, interruptions of cellular service, overzealous fraud protection rules applied by your payment card brand or acquirer bank, or any other interface from an outside force). All payment is exclusive of any taxes or duties imposed by jurisdiction tax law. SLS will not be responsible for any taxes or duties owed by you.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want to encourage you to apply all of the strategies in the program. We offer a 60 day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the program and it did not work for you.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 60 days of enrolment, contact our support team at chloe@simplelifestrategies.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the last day of the 60 day deadline at 11:59 EST. You must include your completed worksheets with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your completed worksheets by the last day of the 60 day deadline, you will not be granted a refund. Please note, all scheduled payments for the program must be made in full and on time as per the above payment schedule for you to be eligible to receive a refund. Furthermore, failure to pay all scheduled payments in full and on time as per the above payment schedule may result in the cancellation of your membership to this program, at the discretion of SLS.

Pre-Program:

Complete and attach “preparing for success’ worksheet (found in START here section)

Module 1:

Complete and attach ‘Defining Your Values’ Worksheet (you must include your final list of 7 values)
Complete and attach ‘Career Alignment Matrix’ worksheet
Complete and attach ‘Science of Flow’ worksheet

Module 2:

Complete and attach ‘What Do You Love’ worksheet
Complete and attach ‘Career Tools’ worksheet (including all themes, patterns & results from a minimum of three online tests)
Complete and attach ‘Unique Ability’ worksheet
Complete and attach ‘Decision Time’ worksheet (you must include a minimum of 12 career options)

Module 3:

Complete and attach ‘Ideal Lifestyle’ worksheet (your lifestyle vision must be at least 1 full A4 page in length)
Complete and attach ‘Career Decision Maker’ worksheet (you must include at least 3 career options)
Complete and attach ‘Research Your Careers’ Worksheet (you must include detailed notes from your discussions/communications with at least 3 researched professionals in your chosen industry)

Module 4:

Complete and attach ‘Life Vision Statement’ worksheet
Complete and attach ‘Goal Planner’ worksheet

Bonus Mindset Masterclass:

Complete and attach ‘Personal Contract’ worksheet (your personal contract must be a minimum of 1 A4 page in length)

All of the above worksheets must be completed in full (all question boxes must have fully fleshed out answers).

You must also tell us why the program was not a good fit for you and your needs, including what did you expect that you did not get once inside the program. Please note, your reason(s) for why the program was not a good fit will not affect your rights to receive a refund, this is purely for internal research purposes.

We will NOT provide refunds more than 60 days following the date of purchase. After the last day of the 60 day deadline all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.

All refunds are discretionary as determined by SLS. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the last day of the 60 day deadline from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. Should your refund be accepted, your refund will be paid in the currency in which it was received by us. If you paid in a currency other than US dollars, you are liable for the costs of exchange.

Purchase of this program does not in any way guarantee that you will find a career in 30 days. Success with this program will depend on the participants own dedication, input and commitment to completing all provided exercises and tasks both during and outside of the course schedule. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. Duplicating, sharing or uploading Product files to sharing sites is considered stealing and SLS will prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No part of the program may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, mechanical or electronic, including photocopying and recording, or by any information storage and retrieval system, without permission in writing from SLS.

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and each of the parties irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
