Zoë B is a life coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner. In this 30 minute life coaching session with Zoë you will work on one chosen area of your life that you are looking to improve including:

45 mins Energy Cleanse & Chakra Re-balancing
A 45 minute energy cleanse will remove any energetic blockages that may have manifested as a result of stress or a build up of negative emotions. Zoë B is a trained Reiki practitioner and works using this ancient hands-on energy process to leave you feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed.
Zoë finishes this practice by re-balancing the 7 chakra points to ensure the flow of energy in your body is balanced to promote an increased sense of mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

Zoë works from a beautiful clinic in the heart of Double Bay, Sydney, Australia. Private treatment rooms provide a relaxing environment to ensure you get the most from your time spent working with Zoë. Skype sessions are available for International clients and those who prefer to work form the comfort of their own homes.
